Emergency Recovery

Emergency recovery is RxTech's business continuity service: immutable off-environment backups, replication of your critical systems, and a rehearsed recovery procedure that restores operations after ransomware, data loss, or catastrophic failure.

Overview

Modern attacks are financial operations. Ransomware crews destroy backups first, then encrypt production, because a business with no road back pays fastest. Accidents don't negotiate either — a bad deployment or a failed storage array takes you down just as thoroughly.

RxTech's answer is the one it was founded on: keep an uncompromised copy of your entire environment — data and infrastructure — somewhere the blast radius can't reach, and rehearse the path back until recovery is a procedure, not a scramble. When something breaks, we rewind it. When something burns, we redirect you to the copy that didn't.

What's delivered
RX-02.01

Immutable backup vault

Backups written to storage that can't be altered or deleted inside the retention window — by an attacker, by malware, or by an administrator's compromised account.

RX-02.02

Environment replication

Continuous replication of critical systems to an alternate environment, ready to receive traffic if the primary is compromised or destroyed.

RX-02.03

Point-in-time rollback

Granular restore of systems and data to a known-good moment — undoing a breaking change or an encryption event in one operation.

RX-02.04

Recovery runbooks & rehearsal

A written, tested recovery procedure with defined recovery-time and recovery-point objectives, exercised on a schedule so the first real recovery isn't the first attempt.

RX-02.05

Incident response support

A defined emergency intake path and hands-on-keyboard support to contain, recover, and document when an incident is live.

Next step

Start with a systems diagnostic.

A structured assessment of your infrastructure, security posture, and data — findings in plain language, before anything is changed or sold.
